I'm glad that so many other people are pleased with the results of your training their dogs. I was not as fortunate, even though Boston stayed longer than you initially told me was necessary and I continued to work with him at home. Then you failed to respond to both me and the BBB in regard to my dissatisfaction. The entire experience was handled in an unprofessional manner and the lack of courtesy was more appalling than the lack of results.

Ken,
Just want to let you know how much Linda and I enjoyed your clinic in Memphis.
I feel like We made great gains with our two Dobies. Its great to know that you know dobies and have a great feel for training them. I was really fired up about Schatzi biting the sleeve. That really in its self made the trip worth while.
The tips you give us on tracking really payed off the following week.
We will be returning for a follow up.

I did not know if you have heard but the trial I was talking to you about was not three weeks away but last weekend. I never did like trailing but I did. I got high in tracking, high in protection, high Sch 1, high in trial with 93-85-96. The judge told me in his critique in obedience that he did not think Rottweiler's were good for the sport. But after protection and the trial he said that he had judged me hard and that Rocky was real good and that he would expect that his 2 & 3 scores would be as good. People were asking how I could do so good tracking when most of the dogs very failing and I just answered because of Ken White. You should have seen his protection the judge worked hard to get my score that low. Thanks very much!!!!!! Randy
